On Wednesday May 4, 2011 community residents met with City officials and our elected representative to discuss parking issues in the Midway and Barclay neighborhoods. We initially met in the alley behind the 800 and 900 blocks of Bonaparte Ave. where Ms. Elaine Day, a resident on Bonaparte Ave., and Ms. Sandra Coles, GGCA President, discussed parking issues with the Councilman for the Twelfth District, Carl Stokes, the Director of the Baltimore City Department of Transportation, Mr. Khalil A. Zaied and staff members from each of their offices.
We also visited the 2100 block of Boone St and the 300 and 400 blocks of E. 22nd St. Staff members will be following up with us on issues concerning each of these areas.
